No. As long as we can access the vehicle and you have confirmed the appointment, you do not need to be present. Many customers leave us to it and come back to a finished vehicle. We will reach out if anything comes up.
No. We bring everything we need including water and power. You do not need to provide anything at your home or workplace. Just make sure we can get to the vehicle.
Yes. Spokane summers bring intense UV exposure and dust, while winters add road salt and grime. Ceramic coating creates a durable barrier that protects your paint from all of it for up to 5 years, and it makes the vehicle much easier to keep clean between washes.
Every interior detail covers vacuuming all surfaces, steam or shampoo cleaning of seats and carpets, cleaning and dressing all hard surfaces and door panels, detailing of vents and crevices, and cleaning all interior glass. Pet hair and stain removal are included where possible.
You inspect the vehicle when we are done. If something is not right, we fix it before we leave. You do not pay until you are satisfied with the result.
